The shift to low carbon living has become very important today and if we are to respond to these challenges, along with more debt free life styles, then our solutions to building problems should be 'creatively frugal' as well.
Our practice is probably unique in South West France in that in addition to normal architectural services, we offer a project and site management service, to those who need it, whereby clients directly employ under our guidance the trade contractors necessary to complete their works.
In addition, we can advise on property condition and pre-purchase assessment; undertake design and planning studies; urban design and planning applications for the ‘Certificat d'Urbanisme' and the ‘Permis de Construire'.
We can also prepare contextual site studies and propose landscape designs as an integral part of our service.
